Case Study 1:

Client:
Multi-national IT managed services provider

Challenge:
The administrative and sales departments were standardized on Microsoft Exchange® system centralized in the southern U.S. 

Microsoft Outlook® was the only CRM tool available for them to use.  Each sales professional maintained his or her own database, and manually transferred mailing lists to the administrative staff.

Solution:
Sales and admin staff received training in Advanced Microsoft Outlook®.  Contacts lists were made accessible to admin staff, to filter prospects and contacts by industry and relevance, and automate mail merged communications to prospects and contacts.

Result:
The overall product was improved, and the time investment for email marketing was slashed by 90% - a total savings of approximately $15,000 per year.

Sales staff were able to filter and manage their lists in a matter of minutes instead of hours

Contact lists could be transferred to admin staff in minutes, and admin staff could send out personalized mailings and emails instead of unaddressed mass mailings. 


Case Study 2:

Client:
Property management company, managing 14 residential buildings

Challenge:
All administrative and leasing forms were being filled out by staff at the central office.  Building managers requested forms and gave information by phone, then travelled to the central office to pick up filled-in forms.

Solution:
Each building manager received computer skills training so that they could download the necessary forms from the corporate intranet, fill them in, and print them or send them via email attachment to the main office.

Result:
Implementation of the new system saved approximately $24,000 per year in time and fuel expense. 

Relationships improved between the building managers and administrative staff because the managers understood the system and its requirements better, and felt that they were part of a team solution.
